Meet Molly

Hi! I’m Molly.

I am an Occupational Therapist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and a certified FAM instructor. I am also a wife and a mom. I enjoy travel, adventure, good food, and the great north woods.

  • If you’ve ever felt frustrated by a healthcare system that doesn’t listen or leaves you feeling lost, you’re not alone. My story begins as a teenager when I was put on hormonal birth control for period problems—and when I asked about other options, I was actually laughed at.

Years later, still struggling with health issues and hoping to start a family, I discovered Fertility Awareness Methods (FAM) and began charting on my own. I was shocked that this simple, empowering option hadn’t been offered to me before.

I quickly noticed something wasn’t right with my cycles and suspected endometriosis. But when I asked for help, I was told I hadn’t been trying to conceive long enough to get tested.

After a long search, I found a charting instructor who helped me improve my charting skills and connected me with a provider who truly listened. A laparoscopy confirmed my suspicions.

After surgery, I became pregnant but sadly had three miscarriages. Almost everyone told us IVF was our best option. While I believe IVF is a wonderful option, my gut told me we needed more answers first.

With the right care, focused on me as a whole person, we eventually welcomed two healthy children.

My first postpartum journey left me feeling overwhelmed and unseen, especially with breastfeeding struggles. My second birth, a homebirth with a caring midwife, was healing and empowering. It showed me what true, respectful, evidence-based care looks like—care that puts you first, not insurance or checklists.

These experiences transformed me—not just as a mom, but as a healthcare provider.

Now, as an OT, lactation counselor, FAM instructor, and mom, I’m here to support you—through birth control choices (including FAM), charting, pregnancy, pumping, breastfeeding, and everything in between.

You deserve real information, real choices, and care that honors your values and your life. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My Professional Journey

Alongside my FAM and CLC education, I bring a strong foundation in healthcare and lived experience to the support I offer. I hold a biology degree with focused studies in genetics, developmental biology, and reproductive biology.

I also have a doctorate in Occupational Therapy, which gives me the tools to approach care holistically—supporting clients through lactation, maternal health, FAM, and everyday challenges with a focus on what matters most to them.

Three Moons, One Journey

The name Three Moons is a heartfelt homage to the Triple Moon Goddess—a symbol of the beautiful, ongoing journey through life’s stages: maiden, mother, and elder. This reflects the cycles of growth, transformation, and wisdom that many people experience.

For me, Three Moons honors ancestry, lineage, and the deep connections between generations. It speaks to the work I do across major life transitions, embracing anyone on their path.

The three moons in my logo — a crescent with buds, a full moon with growing flowers, and a second crescent with a full bloom — symbolize this cycle of growth, blossoming, and wisdom across the lifespan.

This name and imagery reflect my commitment to supporting the whole person, honoring your unique story and evolving needs through every phase.

Land Acknowledgement

The work I do is rooted in deep respect for each person’s story, body, and journey. That includes honoring the story of the land we’re on.

I live and practice on the traditional homelands of the Anishinaabeg (Ojibwe) people, in what is now called Duluth, Minnesota. This land was ceded under the Treaty of La Pointe in 1854—but the Ojibwe people remain present, with ongoing cultural, spiritual, and treaty connections to this place.

Acknowledging this is one small way I commit to honoring the many histories and identities that shape how we care for ourselves and others—including those whose stories have long been overlooked or erased.
